Bett Bollhoefer, DTM past DD 2020-2021 for D57 in Northern CA created VIMS out of a passion for helping districts run more efficiently with less burn out. She has been in Toastmasters since 2005. She partnered with Dan Burfoot a long time Toastmaster to build the software.
